【UTokyo④】Took a Leave of Absence from Postgraduate School

On 13 April 2021, I took a leave of absence from my master's programme. I also quit my trainee position and applied to stop receiving the Master 21 scholarship.

Second line of the researchmap 'Education' section has been revised.

I would like to extend my sincere apologies to everyone concerned who may be inconvenienced by my decision. I think it was very selfish and very naive of me to make such a decision so soon after entering postgraduate school. I am very sorry for this. I am also sorry to my parents and everyone else who had high hopes for my future. However, It was a decision I had to make after many days of deliberation. I have no regrets. I know that there will be more thorns in the road ahead, but I will live each day from today so that I can say that I am glad I made this decision.
