Zaku-Zaku-Gohan comes from Zaku-Zaku (soup) and Gohan (rice). Zaku-Zaku is a local dish from my hometown of Nihonmatsu in Japan. Although not as glamorous as the main dishes, soup and rice are an essential part of Japanese cuisine. In my creative activities, especially in my research, I would like to pursue things that are not glamorous but essential, such as Zaku-Zaku and Gohan. In other words, I would like to pursue what I consider to be 'dogma' rather than follow the current trends. This is the meaning of Zaku-Zaku-Gohan.
